The Government of Côte d’Ivoire, through the Ministry of State for Public Service and the Modernization of the Administration, formally requests technical assistance from UN DESA’s Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG) to strengthen the capacities of public sector leaders in mindset change and cultural transformation. Following its participation in the UN Public Service Forum 202, particularly the workshop on “Leading Change: New Mindsets and Approaches for Resilient, Forward-Looking Governance” moderated by UN DES, the Ministry expresses strong interest in applying tools related to strategic foresight, systems thinking, and innovative leadership to address national governance challenges. The request seeks DPIDG’s support in capacity-building and related initiatives aligned with these approaches, with follow-up coordination led by the General Directorate for Public Service Transformation, which oversees public administration modernization in Côte d’Ivoire.
