Request summary
The Ministry of the Public Service of Saint Lucia is requesting UNDESA’s support to organize capacity-building activities on strategic foresight and systems thinking. The request follows Saint Lucia’s participation in the 2025 UN Public Service Forum and aligns with the “Changing Mindsets for Innovation and Public Sector Digital Transformation” initiative. The training would target policymakers, department heads, and mid-level managers to strengthen public sector modernization and innovation.
