Namibia is committed to advancing the SDGs but faces obstacles from global trade uncertainties, geopolitical tensions, and climate change. In light of this, support is requested from DESA to strengthen the government’s analytical and policy capacity to develop industrial strategies that align with climate goals and address the middle-income trap, while enhancing institutional capability to tackle these challenges.
