The United Nations’ partners have created the portal (ENHANCED VOLUNTARY LOCAL REVIEW (VLR) FOR GREEN GROWTH AND RESILIENT TRANSITION) to assist officials of local governments and organizations, and experts assisting them, to enhance the content and process of VLRs for supporting green growth and resilient transitions at the local level. The portal consists of the following six (6) Modules:
- Key principles and leverage points for enhancing VLRs
- Supporting Climate Neutrality through VLRs
- Supporting the Circular Economy through VLRs
- Supporting Natural Assets through VLRs
- Supporting Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation
- Strengthening VLRs
