Request summary
This proposal is in response to a direct request by the Government of Bissau through the Permanent Mission to the UN in New York and the Director General of International Cooperation, H.E. Ambassador Marcelo D’Almeida. It is also in response to a mandate by the UN Secretary General and UNDESA Commitment to support the effective and full implementation of the DPoA as an accelerator for the 2030 Agenda and SDGs.
