Panama wants to become a pilot country of the Capacity Building Initiative of UN Water. The first step is an assessment workshop, which will be carried out by DESA and UNESCO. Depending on the outcome, other UN Water member organizations will provided more tailored advisory services on specific topics around SDG 5
