Request to support INDI, the National Institute for Indigenous People of Paraguay, in connection with the dissemination, implementation and monitoring of the National Plan for Indigenous People (PNPI) which Paraguay approved last year. The Plan was formulated through a widely consultative process including Government Agencies and Indigenous Organizations; all different indigenous groups present in Paraguay (nineteen) were involved in the exercise.
