The Virtual Capacity Development Workshop on "Public Service Innovation and e-Government for SDGs in Africa" enhanced the knowledge of the participants on the need to promote a culture of innovation and use of ICTs; and to highlight the criticality of sharing expertise, innovative practices and novel e-government methods for improved service delivery.
